Cairo - Navy SEALs
We named this after Cairo the Navy SEALs dog. He, along with his canine handler, were on the SEAL Team Six mission that stormed Osama bin Laden's secret compound on May 2, 2011. And while he is a national hero, he became his handler's hero most of all. After suffering a brain injury, due to an attack on another mission, his handler was in a bad place. Cairo showed up for him and was his rock. Cairo now lives in retirement with his handler, who, in turn, wrote a book to tell Cairo's story. The book is titled, "No Oridnary Dog," by Will Chesney.
